What is URL Encoder?

URL encoding (percent-encoding) converts characters not allowed in URLs into a % followed by two hexadecimal digits — for example, a space becomes %20 and & becomes %26. This is essential when passing data in query parameters, as unencoded special characters break the URL structure.
